The property is located right In centre of Ettlingen; nestled away next to shops, restaurants, churches and is a stones throw from the alb river. It has lovely views from its windows facing St Martins church, framed by tasteful decor and cosy furnishings inside. Everything had been considered when creating the space to accommodate guests, and was incredibly clean. The owner responded to any questions quickly and attended to our needs as sons as we brought them to his attention.
Climbing a few flights of stairs is needed to get up to the flat (as it is a top floor apartment) so for ourselves this was no issue, but could be tedious for people with mobility issues.

Treppensteigen, Wohnung ist unter dem Dach.
Für längere Aufenthalte wäre ein Kleiderständer wünschenswert

Die Lage war sehr gut. Es gab guten Kaffee und Tee zur Auswahl und weitere Sachen. Auch im Badezimmer viele Kleinigkeiten und Details. Der Vermieter war immer ereichbar und sehr hilfsbereit.
Wir waren dort im Juni und es war sehr warm im Zimmer. Für uns waren die Treppen kein Problem, aber man sollte wissen das die Wohnung unter dem Dach ist falls man mit Treppen ein Problem hat.
