The property was clean, modern and well-maintained. Staff were very welcoming and professional from check-in to check-out. The room was comfortable, quiet and had good water pressure and AC. Great location in Gloucester, easy to access.
No major complaints.

The management and staff are exceptionally friendly, welcoming, and committed to ensuring guests have a comfortable stay. From check-in to departure, they go above and beyond to assist and make the guest feel valued as a customer.
The only challenge I encountered was that the hotel does not provide meals. As a result, guests need to make their own arrangements for food, and the nearest restaurant is approximately 5 kilometers away. While this may not be a major issue for guests with private transportation, it is something prospective visitors should consider when planning their stay.
