Two bedrooms and a bathroom. Washing machine as well. 10 minute walk to downtown which is lovely. It has private parking, but you don’t need it because it’s located at the edge of town. The company running it was responsive when we asked for adequate toilet paper and to fix a leak.
Read the fine print very carefully before booking. The check-in process took 45 minutes or more because a company runs it and has too many customers to check in at once. Linens and towels are 2.50€ per person per day extra. City tax is 2€ per day extra, only payable in cash. There is no WiFi in the apartment. There is only one roll of toilet paper and limited dish soap. You need to take out and sort the garbage yourself at the end of the stay. The apartment smelled musty which seemed to be forms. Water leak from the hot water boiler which they promptly fixed. The checking process had 1000 links and steps and really took the holiday feeling out of it. Compared to the other apartments we had in Sardinia, this was our least favorite because of how it’s managed. Other apartments included coffee, beach chairs, etc. and this one had almost nothing. If you come for a month it might be okay, but for a few days it was way too stressful.
