The location, on the ground floor of an apartment building, was super and very walkable to center/points of interest, but street was quiet. The fellow who cleans the rooms was friendly, and the other staff, reachable by whatsapp (or booking.com messages) were attentive and prompt to try to resolve issues (such as a minor problem with the shower they fixed right away). The friendly cafe two doors away serves excellent croissants and other baked goods, as well as fresh orange juice, so it's possible to grab a nice little breakfast and return to the room before starting your day.
The wifi was frustrating, even though they did their best to promptly fix it, and even installed a wifi repeater in my room. Sometimes it was good and sometimes it faded out or was nonexistent, which was frustrating because often the esim on my cell phone also couldn't connect. It appears that a problem may be that there are too many networks using the same channel in the area, because once I received a message that this was the reason I couldn't connect. Anyway, they tried their best to connect me, but at times this wasn't good enough, and I ended up spending way too much time on this frustration. Note that there's no view out the window, if that's important to you.
