It was in a very good location very close to Santo Stefano in a quiet street. The accommodation was excellent and the breakfast arrangements were in nearby cafes did not disappoint. Siria was very helpful with all our requests. Very close to many of the famous places of interest we would definitely come back.
There is nothing negative about the property.

Het was een mooie kamer met prima badkamer. Voor mensen die langer dan 1.90 zijn is het bed is wel wat kort, fijn dat er geen hek aan het voeteneind zit. Dat is vooral fijn als je languit slaapt.
We hadden per ongeluk de incheckprocedure ontvingen van een andere kamer op een ander adres. Die was gelukkig op loopafstand en dat werd daarna netjes geregeld.
Het is een fijne plek in het centrum van Bologna. We zijn dus zeker tevreden!
De kamer was wat gehorig. We konden de buren goed horen terwijl ze helemaal niet zo hard praatten. De WIFI deed het, maar was enorm traag. Bij navraag heeft men dit van afstand gecheckt en zag men geen problemen. De volgende keer op de kamer zelf checken.

Le logement est exceptionnel, la pièce commune est incroyable et très joliment décorée. Notre chambre (3) a la salle de bain (privative) à l’extérieur du logement. Ce n’est absolument pas dérangeant.
L’irrespect des autres voyageurs. Je pense qu’il devrait y avoir une sorte d’horaire à respecter pour la pièce commune.

Creative description of property and facilities.
External bathroom for room 3 which you had to walk through the communal dining and lounge area to get to and unlock to use.
No robes provided as stated in write up.
Unlimited tea provided in communal kitchen area; only 2 coffee pods for duration of stay.
Bed & breakfast not provided at property. Despite communal kitchen and dining area you are provided with vouchers for 1x hot drink and 1x pastry per person at 3 locations in the city; both of which are inexpensive to buy.
Whilst stylishly presented, we did not witness the large communal space used at all of which most of the facilities listed in the description are in this space; not the rooms. As a result, not value for money as a result of the above.
