Great location near the train station and a short walk to the old town area! Perfect for our short stay! The apartment also had a washing machine which was brilliant after a few days of travelling to get everything clean!

We were met by our host, Sabrina and immediately loved her. She’s such a lovely host and provided us with every detailed amenity we could possibly need. The apartment was clean, updated and modern, the bed very comfortable and the room, while small, felt spacious. Everything was extremely organized! The shared kitchen was well stocked and there was also a clothes washer. The location was perfect, a 4 minute walk to the train station, 20 minutes to the old town with plenty of restaurants close by. Breakfast downstairs was a nice touch! We hope to come back to Bologna and would stay here again
Not a deal breaker but I would’ve loved a full length mirror in the room and that would be the only thing I’d change.

Sehr freundliche Gastgeber! Ich hatte ein Problem, und sie haben unkompliziert und schnell geholfen. Die Kommunikation mit Sabrina war sehr gut, sie hat immer sofort geantwortet. Die Frühstücksoption in der Bar unten im Haus war perfekt.

Es war sauber, günstig gelegen..
Die Handtücher wurden erst am vorletzten Tag gewechselt und der
Aufzug war oft außer Betrieb!
Die Küche muss mit anderen Gästen benutzt werden, dass kann zu Überschneidungen führen.
