Location was great. Close to train station and walking distance to everything we wanted to see and do. Room was light and airy and bonus to have a balcony. Lovely breeze flowed through when balcony door and window open.
Carlo is a fabulous host. Gave us great recommendations for restaurants, pizzeria and gelato. Best of all he baked a fresh treat everyday. What a bonus.
Was a busy street so a little noisy at night. Still managed to sleep well.

Das Gebäude und die Tür zum Apartment machten einen sehr sicheren Eindruck. Es gibt einen Fahrstuhl und das Zimmer ist im 6. Stock, wodurch man eine tolle Aussicht über Bologna hat.
Der Vermieter ist richtig nett und herzlich. Alles war ultra sauber und gepflegt, wir haben uns direkt wohl gefühlt.
Beim Frühstück hat er sich richtig Mühe gegeben und extra für uns etwas gebacken, wir konnten gar nicht alles aufessen, was er uns angeboten hat.
Diese Unterkunft ist sehr zu empfehlen.
Es liegt nicht direkt im Zentrum, dort muss man zu Fuß etwa 20 Minuten hinlaufen.
Die Gegend ist wohl nicht allzu sicher, da er uns empfohlen hat, das Auto lieber am Bahnhof mit überwachtem Parkhaus zu parken. Das ist zu Fuß etwa 10 Minuten entfernt.

Todo. Carlo, el anfitrión es fantástico. La habitación tiene unas vistas magníficas de la ciudad. La ubicación cerca de la estación de tren es perfecta para visitar ciudades de alrededor y para ir al aeropuerto. El desayuno es muy completo, y cada día nos sorprendía con un bizcocho casero distinto. Totalmente recomendable. Muchas gracias Carlo.
