Location - 25 minutes walk into the city and Bologna Centrale train station.
Accommodation - very clean, good sized room and comfortable beds, well-equipped kitchen if you wanted to make a meal, however we only made hot drinks whilst we were staying there.
Self check-in was very easy, and the host was always available to message and responded quickly

Check in process.
It's too expensive. The facilities were nice but not good enough for the price. It's like a really nice hostel but you pay the cost of a luxurious hotel.
