Very reasonable BnB in a fabulous location. Near lots of restaurants and shops. Monica is lovely and very helpful. Great room,large, very clean very comfortable bed. Highly recommend

Monica de hostess is een supervriendelijke en behulpzame dame, alles perfect verzorgt.
Het appartement is schoon en is van alle gemakken voorzien, inclusief een Nespress machine met 4 cupjes.
Locatie echt perfect, in het centrum, alles op loopafstand
De kamer was erg gehorig, maar dat lag meer aan de buren dan aan de kamers zelf, helaas houden mensen geen rekening met anderen als ze laat thuiskomen

The listing omits essential information. Access requires climbing 27 steep steps with no elevator, which is not mentioned and makes carrying luggage very difficult. The bedroom window opens onto a closed lightwell filled with A/C units, leaving the room with zero natural light or fresh air—another detail left unmentioned. Check-out is too early (10:00 AM). To top it off, when we messaged the owner about these issues, her response was incredibly arrogant, literally telling us that if we weren't happy, we had the right to find another accommodation in Bologna. A complete lack of hospitality and professionalism.
