Very easy communication on whatsapp. They offered to come to the unit but it was not required. 24 hour concierge service in the building is a plus for safety. Keyless entrance, easy to get in and out. Apartment was fantastic. Great shower. Washing machine in the bathroom was awesome. Modern kitchen fully equipped. It does not face the busy road in front of the building so it is very quiet at night time. You can walk to the Milano centralle train station (10-15 minutes). Walk everywhere from here. Public transporation with metro, buses, etc just outside the door.

Nothing really. All was great.

Location

Check in was complicated with multiple text of same message. Then when we got the room was not ready with cleaner still going for an hour. Reception of the building wouldn’t let us sit in the chairs downstairs, abused us, so had to sit in hallway outside room. Not good after 29 hours of travel from Australia.
