The staff is welcoming and very nice. The hotel looks new and very clean, rooms are specious and comfortable. The breakfast is also very nice. They also serve great options for dinner, but just note the portions are enormous. The staff at the restaurant is also very nice.
They tried to make the rooms "smart" with lightening that is controlled from a central console, but somehow messed things up, e.g. there is no separate button for the lights in the toilets alone, so you have to power up half of the lights to visit the toilet during the night if needed. Not big deal for us, but a bit annoying. Would also be nice to have covers on those transparent walls towards the bathroom. We didn't mind them at all, but our friends in the other room were with older kids and didn't feel very comfortable.

The restaurant was good and the service was decent, except on the last morning: breakfast was supposed to be ready at 7:00 but wasn't ready until 7:30, so we had to leave for the airport without breakfast.
The biggest problem was that the room description promised a sea view, but in reality, the view was of a construction site. Our morning wake-up call came at 7:00 a.m. from construction workers hammering scaffolding into place; conversely, they had a great view into our room whenever the curtains were open.
It would be appropriate to take the side rooms out of use for the duration of the construction work.
