The accommodation is very clean, modern in a quiet neighbourhood. The kitchen has a hotplate, great coffee pod machine, large fridge and washing machine. Water pressure in shower excellent and bathroom clean and modern. Two good air conditioners and small balcony to relax and dry clothes. Bed in room 1 super comfortable and sofa bed was also good. The neighbourhood is quiet with a few diners and one cafe in close proximity. Arista mix-market around the corner is well stocked with a lot of variety and fresh made spinach cheese pies, biscuits & fruit / vegetables etc. Recommend if you want a quiet place to relax after a busy day. Ample parking and the premises is maintained by a cleaner who keeps the entry, stairwells, lift etc spotless. Nearby St Demetrius church is large with wonderful chanting and beautiful Orthodox services.
As we did not have a vehicle, reliance on buses was a little difficult but the bus service was always helpful and polite.

İt was very clean and good smelling, the room was spacious, kitchen had enough utilities
No one took our trash, there were no plastic bags and we could not take out our own trash and replace the cans with new bags.

I had a wonderful stay and would highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Rhodes. The apartment was exceptionally clean and modern and very spacious. It felt comfortable from the moment I arrived and I immediately felt at home. The check in process was very easy and straightforward and the host was always quick to respond whenever I had a question. Communication was excellent throughout my stay.If I visit Rhodes again, I will definitely book this place again.
