Amazing location and amenities. Nice views of the lake
Terrible service. Very slow for check in and checkout. I called the front desk to ask for an extra towel and they told me I could not have another towel it is 1 per person

Great location and walking distance to the penol rock! Amazing view off the lake and rock from room. Guatape is a 5 min tuktuk ride away. The heated pool is awesome and there's a great playing area in the pool for kids. Very family friendly Good food at nearby hotels.
The food at the restaurant is very bad. Don't eat there, rather go to a nearby hotel for food (Tao house is great). Telephone in Room didn't work, there was a leak in bath room and the room service is slow. They also didn't clean our room for two days.
In general, it could be better..The facilities are nice but management needs more attention to detail and better service to claim 5 stars..

We enjoyed our stay at this lovely hotel. The location is just perfect. The staff were amazingly helpful, they went out of their way to help. Rooms were large and plenty of space, big beds, very clean. We also enjoyed a healthy breakfast. I would highly recommend this hotel.

The restaurant staff were amazing. Location was good and kids pool and playground were good for our kids.
The reception/front desk staff need major improvement in customer service.
