Complete Scam

Nothing. SCAM

SCAM Did not get to stay due to security issues. The cabin door was not locking with the deadbolt mechanism but yet the dead bolt itself was not even attached. Contacted property, let them know that we felt unsafe. Spoke to someone several hours before we ended up leaving to be sure we were safe. I asked if they could put us in another cabin so we could still do business together, they completely ignored that. The hotels were booked due to a car show so we were out of luck. At this point it's around 1am. We live 5 hours away and decided it was best to drive back home due to not having a place to stay. This place offered a refund twice. Yet everytime I talk to them "they are still working on it" so I have not received any money. This place is a SCAM. DO NOT BOOK HERE. It won't let me post the videos I have of the door not locking from the inside nor the outside after following all instructions according to the booking guide.
