We liked the modern design of the brand new apartment. It looked absolutely like in the pictures.
The owner was so responsive to all our needs.
Important for us was also the lift and the private parking spot as it is often hard to find parking in Bucharest.
The building is in a very quiet residential area. Public transportation as well as super markets, bakeries and a couple of restaurants are not far away.
We will come again.

Cele două aparate de aer condiționat sunt un mare plus, deși nu a fost nevoie decât de unul. Pe timp de caniculă, însă, sunt o binecuvântare. Terasa spațioasă și vederea de pe terasă sunt, de asemenea, un plus. Comunicarea cu proprietarul: excelentă. Absolut toate detaliile, în cele mai mici amănunte, le-am primit din timp. Totul la superlativ.

This is a fantastic apartment renovated to an extremely high standard - everything was beautiful and of quality. It was very quiet and a short 10 minute walk from Basarab metro station. The large terrace was an extra bonus and communication with the owner was exceptional - many thanks for the drinks in the fridge. I would highly recommend.
It is to be noted that it is all one space.
