Great beds, quiet, helpful staff, liked the ease of getting fresh towels and entering the pool
Looks like the building is showing signs of age, hopefully they can keep on top of it

Proximity to beach
Dark dreary narrow hallways.
One elevator for the entire resort.
Disrepair of room. Broken toilet handle, chipped and cracked vanity counter. Unlockable bathroom door.
Poor signage throughout.

Hot springs access comes w the room and they were lovely and relaxing! Shower/changing areas very clean.Beds and pillows were really comfortable. Location is excellent, across from a lakeside restaurant/bar w good burgers and beer. Coffee and breakfast sandwiches available for purchase on the premises.
We’re hot springs aficionados and would have preferred a few tweaks. There was no physical separation between the warm and “hot” pools—merely distance— so didn’t get quite as hot in the hot area as we’d prefer. Main pool was a lovely warm temp but would have been nice to have a cold plunge area or cooler pool. So basically needed a truly
hot pool and a truly cold pool! (At least they had a few cold showers surrounding the pools.) Still a good value and glad we made a side trip in our West-to-East journey across Canada!

Beside a mineral lake, convenient to pool. Bathrobes provided.
Back door on floor three didn’t seem secure or mouse proof.

"Loved the fact that u can float effortlessly !
1) When in the 9 foot end of the pool I had my arms out to the sides & floated standing up (very cool) !!
2) And...they have a warm/cool pool too so ..."
