The property itself - is amazing. New, clean, good location. Might be a bit noisy if you sleep with windows open, because there is no AC - other than that good price-value ratio.
The customers service is horrible. It is governed by separate company called Renters.
We were staying with our dog, which we indicated prior/during booking. The price for dog was ridiculous, I’ve never paid that much in any place in Poland. It was 50 PLN per night, given we stayed for two nights - it was 100 PLN in total - which, while choosing a flat is a significant amount that you are jot informed about and we were able to choose other option which had dog already included in price for the same amount 🫠 Thus - such information should be shared prior to booking. (Btw, we were staying in other places and nowhere prices were higher than 50/60Pln per whole stay per pet)…
Also - when asked to send me invoice and/or information to make a payment, it took them ONE WEEK. Although I asked it 3 times. So not sure how fastly this company responds when you have issues or questions :) if not this situation - the flat and stay would have been perfect.
