Great apartment, very clean and spacious. Stayed there with 2 teen children and had enough space for all.
Host was very helpful. Internet worked good enough, although we used it not much, there is Netflix in the apartment.
Location is very good, quiet area, beautiful sandy beach just across the road. It is a public beach which is a factor in Italy as we found out. Cafes and bars on the beach.
Very easy to get to Tirrenia center by bus or to the nearby small village with lots of restaurants and cafes. Busses every 15 minutes and it takes only 5 minutes. Or just walk 15-30 minutes. Buses also go to Pisa.
I recommend the apartment if soneone is looking for a good family holiday.
The only bit I would like to mention here is that the ceiling is low in some parts of the apartments. My height is 1,8m and I had to remember to avoid bumping my head.

Sehr schöne Wohnung in einer renovierten Villa.
Tolle Lage und Lorenzo ist sehr hilfsbereit.
Es wahr ein wirklich erholsamer Aufenthalt.
