- Smart TV
- Complimentary coffee and tea
- Good facilities
- outdoor area
- cleaning could be better , found some hairs from previous people on the floor in bathroom and kitchen
- beds could have better cushions
- check out times could be more flexible
- heating is not strong enough , gets cold at night
- the neighbourhood feels a bit sketchy

Very clean and modern. Had all the facilities we could have needed (hot water, shower, fridge, tv etc).
The Usera train station is a 2 minute walk from the property giving access to Madrid centre within 10-15 minutes.
Plenty of restaurants/food options near the property within walking distance.
Nothing. It met our expectations
