Close to H Proper, one of the best coffee shops and restaurant in town! SM mall is also just next to it, other restaurants and coffee shops, fast food, convenience store, karaoke, etc. Bed was actually comfortable and contact person is very responsive.
The building is old, surrounding area can get crowded with call center folks and parked cars. The unit itself has a particular smell usually associated to old piping/plumbing system which can be unpleasant especially when the AC is turned off. Elevators were mostly down, just 1 functional one and it is small and very slow. The soap included in the amenity kit could be better, it was so small and disintegrates after first use. I wish it was a better quality one or they could provide a shower gel so we can just use the wash cloth.
The price is about the same as staying at like Avida Towers in Downtown where I usually stay which is newer and has the same pros.
