Great location, lovely views. Every time I walked in the front door it smelled nice and fresh. Everything was clean & tidy. Shower had perfect water pressure. The pool downstairs was lovely. Maddy & Addy were fantastic with communicating and made my stay comfortable.
It was a little dated, and unfortunately there was works going on in the main lobby during my stay so there was a little detour to get to the lifts. But these are both beyond their control & the instructions about the detour were spot on and easy to follow.

Location was perfect for the Melbourne Convention Centre, Southbank restaurants and with cafes and a supermarket very close.
Property was very clean and smelt amazing. Maddy was really helpful including getting up at 5 to pick up the key as the foyer was closed for renovations. Waited with me for the cab which was really appreciated.
Property a bit dated and with minimal amenities e.g. towels etc.
Carpet very old and stained. If staying for more than a couple of days, bring towels, flannels, salt, pepper, decent coffee.
Very noisy at night (traffic, sirens) so not really suitable for light sleepers. Also no blackouts so room light from city lights all night.
