A Real Nightmare

Nothing at all.

Filthy place. Broken tap, broken shower, broken washing machine, kettle full of limescale, no WiFi, dust everywhere, smelly flat. Could go on and on but the crown goes to the hostess who said she wasn’t aware there was no internet and that she had paid a cleaner, therefore it wasn’t her problem if the place was disgusting and had no internet. Tried to ask for a vacuum cleaner, but she said it was broken so the cleaner took it away. We couldn’t stay with our newborn there. Still waiting to hear from Booking.com to resolve this matter. According to the customer service the hostess is ignoring their emails and messages.

Not going back there again.

Accomodated all of us.

Very far from everything and its uphill, the bus stop is 7minutes away.the carpet is not cleaned or hoover, my son’s feet is pitch black whenever he removes his socks/slippers.There’s only one shower for a group of 8 people.the maindoor always broke whenever someone goes out, not going back to closing again. Requested for a cot but i couldn’t find one set up.wifi isn’t working. And also Tv isn’t working since theres no wifi.And not reliable checking in time which is very inconvenient for us since we have 2toddlers with us.

Beautiful weekend in Ramsgate Sea-Side Stay

The house was pretty tidy and comfortable. Also the host was lovely. She made sure we had a the best time in her place and that we had everything we need even some food and snacks. (Beautiful views from the accomodation!)
