The apartment was spotlessly clean, spacious & comfortable, with ample storage etc. The bed was also very comfortable. All of the staff we encountered were professional, friendly, & helpful.
The property was well equipped, well decorated & well maintained. A/C a real bonus also!

The apartment was very spacious and beautifully appointed. Everything was so new and clean. It had everything you could want for a very comfortable and convenient stay in London. We were able to do laundry easily, and the kitchen had everything we needed to cook meals in.
The location is excellent. The bus stop is right out front of the building and the Kensington High Street tube station is close by. A Waitrose store is located a few minutes away, making it easy to get groceries. There are also lots of restaurants and bakeries nearby.
The concierge staff was very friendly and communication with the property in advance and after our stay was excellent. The creation of the WhatsApp group was very useful.
We loved our stay there and would not hesitate to return on our next trip to London.
The only problem with the apartment was the construction taking place next door. The construction noise starts early in the morning and is quite loud despite the units having excellent insulation from the exterior High Street Noise and any internal noise. If you are out and about during the day, it’s okay as it ends by five o’clock. But if you are in the apartment during the day, you do hear the drilling etc. There is also a new restaurant right under the first floor units that did trigger a fire alarm and provide some noise in the evening,

Çok temiz ve genişti. Eve girdiğimiz andan itibaren herşey çok konforluydu. Geniş bir banyosu ve sıcak suyu mevcuttu. Yataklar rahat ve çarşaflar tertemizdi. Merkezi klima çok iyi ısıttı. Mutfaktaki tüm ekipmanlar yeterli ve temizdi. Resepsiyonda 24 saat duran birileri vardı ve her konuda yardımcı oldular.

very clean and bright. very comfortable . absolutely loved it !
Wish the bed linen and towels were of a better quality .
There is no housekeeping.
Considering the high rate of the place there should be a cleaning service included in the price , at the very least once a week.
It you want your appartement to be cleaned you have to pay between £50 and 70!
