Comfy bed nice big room.
Plenty tea and milk.
Fluffy towels.
Wee fridge.
Nice wee touches Irn Bru and Tunnocks tea cakes and lots of Scottish coasters.
Great service from Angela and James to replace a faulty electric shower.
Bottle of Prosseco gifted because of our shower issue.
Good location.
Faulty shower went from boiling to cold sorted quickly.
Slippy shower tray needs grab handles.

Great location close to the centre but nice and quiet. Very clean and modern. Loved the extra touches, the Tunnocks tea cake and Irn Bru. Owners extremely helpful.

Lovely guesthouse and the irn bru and Tunnocks teacakes were a great touch.
Only issue is that there isn't anywhere secure to leave bicycles, so anyone travelling by bike be aware. We could leave them in the back yard but this is open, not fenced in, so just be aware of that and make sure you have a good lock.

Bellissima camera con bagno all'interno di una villetta a schiera su due piani. Il check in è autonomo e tutte le informazioni sono fornite in un folder dettagliato. La camera è arredata in modo elegante e sembra lussuosa (moquette scozzese molto carina e chaise longue davanti alla finestra), è provvista di un mini-frigo, grande televisore, macchinetta del caffè e bollitore, oltre a un po' di snack e bevande calde da preparare. Il letto è molto comodo e il bagno è ampio, con prodotti femminili a disposizione.
Purtroppo la doccia non mantiene una temperatura costante e cambia in continuazione tra due estremi, da sistemare. Se intendete usare il frigo collegatelo subito, ci mette un po' ad attivarsi.
