Price was quite cheap, and location was easy to be accessed for me that had activities at UGM. Staff was friendly. Bed was oke. check in check out was easy. Car parking was quite difficult but fortunately I still can have it during 1 week.
The room was just enough space, however quite dirty. many garbage maybe from previous guest. the AC was not so cold and seem already old, swing did not work, the Bathroom has not toiletry, and no towel but after asking admin gave 2 towel (1 color was not white enough and smell, and other one new in plastic bag but very thin and could not absorb water and the thread sticks all over my body) so both towels couldn't be used.
