The room was large, very modern and very clean. Plenty of towels were provided along with shower toiletries, soft loo roll and complimentary tea, coffee, biscuits and water.The guest house is very close to city centre with bus stops nearby.
There were quite a few stairs to climb up to the rooms, not suitable for anyone who has difficulty with stairs. Tv reception was not very good.

Really nice space for a solo or couple. 5-7min walk into the centre and super easy to get in to the apartment.
Also great communication and I was allowed to check in early!

The room was clean, spacious, well presented and had everything you needed.
The bed was comfortable and the shower was hot and powerful.
Communal areas were clean, bright and welcoming and the entry instructions were easy to follow.
Liked that there were plenty of cameras in the corridors which as 2 women staying made us feel a tad safer.
Location was great for the event we attended and was only a 10 minute walk into the city centre.
Also there is a lovely Yemen restaurant next door which we would recommend. Lovely food and welcoming staff.
Sound travelled from other rooms and in particular the staircases.
