Nice remodel and area. Rude non-responsive management
New remodel. Spacious and clean.
No customer service. Asked for a early check in has soon as I booked. I was told it was too early, to check a day or so out. Understandable. We were traveling with a 4 month coming in from Fort Worth for a wedding. Checked on the early check on the day before and was told that it available with a $50 a hour fee. If there was a fee why wasn't i told when I first inquired? Now it was too late to make a change without losing the whole rental amount. 2) I had sent the identify information at least 3 times before check-in day to be told while juggling an exhausted baby that I could not get check in information until the identification process was completed. Called to explain that I had already completed this to be told "have a little patience" Got to the house and was pleasantly surprised, looked much better than expected. Only one major problem, the pool which was clean and inviting did not have a pool ladder to get out of the pool. Notified the management company, they asked for pictures. I supplied the pictures they acknowledged the lack of ladder and replied "there was not a ladder in the booking pictures"but "we have already made arrangements to get a ladder/stair to easier get in and out of the pool" I asked when the ladder would be installed. No response. I asked if I would receive a credit for a pool that could not be safely used. Response "the pool was available for use". Other safety issue a hoe was left in the play area which I moved so the grands could safely play and the electrical box did not have the cover placed on leaving the wiring and breakers exposed.
