We had such a great stay at Rixos Bab Al Bahr and would definitely come back. I’d read some mixed reviews beforehand so wasn’t completely sure what to expect, but we were really impressed.
The hotel was clean, the staff were lovely and everything was really easy and well organised. The service throughout our stay was excellent – staff were friendly, helpful and attentive wherever we went.
The food was a real highlight. We ate at Meat Point and Lalezar in the evenings and both were absolutely delicious, with amazing service. They felt like proper high-quality restaurants rather than the usual all-inclusive offering. Booking the reservations through the app was really simple too.
The kids’ club activities were fantastic and my older kids loved the teen club- I actually caught them in a chess tournament. There was loads going on throughout the day for adults too – I even ended up doing trampolining in the water as an exercise class!
Also, the wristbands that have your room key built into them are a GAME CHANGER when you have kids. No more getting everyone out of the room and then asking, “Does somebody have the key?” 😂 Such a small thing but honestly one of my favourite ideas!
Overall, really good food, great service, loads for the kids and teenagers to do and a lovely few days away. We would definitely stay again.

Very happy with my stay. Everything is perfect, central location, room is clean and spacious, bed is comfy. Hosts/ staffs are so friendly and helpful throughout my stay.

My family had such a great stay here. The kids enjoyed every moment, especially the bathtub.
The room felt spacious, relaxing, and almost like staying at a little resort. We had a really comfortable time and would love to come back again!
