Very Central. 2 minutes walk to a Woolworths full line supermarket. Very new with everything you could expect from a modern apartment. Very close to main rugby / football stadium and main bus station.
Some people might struggle with the flight of stairs as the apartment is on the 1st floor. Parking outside is a problem as only two hours allowed Monday-Friday but free with no meters. Difficult to find a park when there is an event on in the stadium.

Perhaps a salad/mixing bowl could be added to kitchen along with paper towels.

Local was awesome for what we wanted to do. In town and close to the stadium.
TV remote didn't work properly. Tried to hook up laptop to TV for sport and music and source button would work.

The shower pressure is excellent and hot!
The floors need to be mopped and the linen is dirty and the beds were not made properly there were stains on the duvet and the cushions are dusty plus there was no laundry liquid and the Internet was quite frustrating to set up and buffered continuously through our stay the couch is quite uncomfortable
