Conveniently located close to Ernakulam junction and Metro, the hotel looked and felt good. The staff were very helpful. The room was newt and clean.

My Experience
I checked into the room at around 2:00 AM. As soon as I entered, there was a very strong dusty smell, like a room that had been kept closed for several days. 🤧 The smell was so strong that it made me start sneezing. Since I was extremely tired after my journey, I somehow managed to sleep.
The second issue was that there was no mirror inside the room. There was only a small mirror in the washroom, which I didn't like. Normally, a hotel room should have at least one full-length or proper dressing mirror for guests.
I stayed in a non-AC room, so I'm not sure if that's why the room was in that condition.
Overall, I did not feel that my stay offered good value for the money I paid. Unfortunately, the experience did not meet my expectations.
