The Jayco is a great size for small families. Dogs are welcome with a $50 pet cleaning fee. It sleeps 4 comfortably (5 if you have a small child), with a queen-sized bed, convertible dinette to short twin and bunk beds. There is a shower/bath inside. It has a propane furnace, hot water and AC. Indoor/outdoor speakers, Bluetooth, and smart TV. This trailer is easy to use and tow, but we do require some experience towing as it can be tricky to maneuver. You need to have a vehicle with at least a 10" hitch clearance to be able to tow this trailer and have a working 7-pin connector. Pulling rig wired with trailer brakes. The Baja Edition has a higher than average ground clearance, great for more off-road type camping. We supply a weight distribution hitch and it is required with rental. Please arrive with an empty 2” receiver. 1 filled 5-gallon propane tank included. This trailer is equipped with solar panels. If you are not plugged in to power, you will be able to operate most things in the trailer with the exception of the outlets, microwave, and TV. We do not guarantee use of any of the utilities for any period of time (water, power, toilet) without campground hookups. You may rent our 4500W inverter generator at a rate of $75 base + $5/hour overage after 12 hours runtime and full propane tank included. Must return with full propane tank or opt to pay $30 to return empty or partially empty. Must return with tanks flushed or pay $100 fee. We are flexible on pick up and drop off times; that being said, we do work normal hours during the week. Monday - Thursday we are available at 5:30pm for pickup/delivery. We don't mind if you pick up the evening prior your booking if the trailer is ready and with notice. Fridays and weekends are much more flexible! Blankets,pillows, & bath towels supplied ONLY IF REQUESTED and with $10/set add-on, fitted sheets are provided.
