Es handelt sich nicht um ein klassisches Gästehaus, sondern um ein Wohnhaus, in dem eine Familie selbst wohnt und einige Zimmer vermietet. Dies wird in der Booking-Beschreibung nicht erwähnt. Ich hatte die Bewertungen gelesen, wo dieser Umstand genannt wird und wusste so davon. Ich finde das eine wichtige Information und würde empfehlen, die Booking-Beschreibung anzupassen.
Die Gastgeber waren sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. So konnte ich Waschmaschine und Wäschestände benutzen. Auch wurde auf meine Bitte ein kleiner Tisch für meinen Laptop in mein Zimmer gestellt. Beachtlich war das Können des kleinen Sohnes auf dem Klavier.
Minuspunkte waren Ausstattung und Komfort. Mein Zimmer war ein winziges Kinderzimmer mit einem Regal voller Kinderbücher. Es fehlte an Ablagemöglichkeiten. Ebenso fehlte es im Badezimmer an Ablagemöglichkeiten und auch ein Badezimmermülleimer wäre gut. Insgesamt machte die Wohnung einen zwar sauberen, aber unaufgeräumten Eindruck. Die Gastgeber fangen erst an, Zimmer zu vermieten - da lässt sich noch einiges verbessern.

Location was great for my needs;
You had to schedule the actual time of arrival. They had a "cleaner" that was coming at 6 pm if I missed that I had to wait until 12 am.
There were no towels or other amenities. This was simply a glorified house and should not be considered an airBnb, which is what they're trying to do. There were no locks on the rooms. The live in student opened the bathroom door while I was in the shower (one would think if the door was closed then someone is in there).
There was a student living in the house, which was not an issue, she was friendly enough.
I would in no way recommend this to others unless they're OK with essentially living in a house and have their own amenities with them.
