Beautiful property, well appointed rooms and a really great crew that truly looks after you. The bed is incredibly comfortable, the shower has good pressure, the provided toiletries are luxurious. Snacks, mini fridge - all well stocked - bottled waters, and a filtered water fountain just outside the room (ice too, and they make sure to let you know it’s made with purified water).
It’s a quiet street just two blocks from Paseo, and the room is well insulated from any occasional street noise. We slept really well, which doesn’t come easy in such a busy city!
Nan and her team are great. She’s super fun and enthusiastic, and the folks that serve you breakfast are very sweet. Lots of restaurants nearby, and an easy ride to the airport. Secured entry, two gates with dedicated codes and 24/7 staff to make sure you have everything you need.
I don’t think we will ever stay elsewhere when in town, we have been permanently spoiled :)

An absolutely incredible experience from start to finish. The boutique house is stunning and beautifully designed. The bed was honestly one of the most comfortable I’ve ever slept in. What truly made the stay exceptional was the service.. Every detail was taken care of, and Nan, the house manager, was always attentive, and available whenever I needed anything.
I was a little hesitant at first since it’s a new property, but it exceeded our expectations by far. A truly special residence with amazing location. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a memorable boutique experience.

Casa Lerma was exceptional from start to finish! I traveled solo for my birthday and Nan went above and beyond to make my stay extra special. When I arrived there were flowers and champagne, and she left lovely treats throughout my stay, even going out of her way to purchase an artisan box of chocolates at the request of one of my friends in the US! The suite and property itself were wonderful. The mansion is renovated beautifully and the suite was well-outfitted with luxury linens and thoughtful amenities. Thank you, Nan, and Casa Lerma for making this an unforgettable birthday for me!💛 I can’t wait to return.
