The Perch is a hidden gem! You will not be disappointed. We stayed two nights when visiting the city.
It should be known that if someone is of larger stature or have a difficult time climbing, they may not get up the stairs going up to room.

Excelente alojamiento, muy cómodo, buena vista, cercano a las playas y muy seguro. Sobretodo muy agradecida con el dueño, olvidamos un objeto en el departamento y muy amablemente nos lo enviaron por paquetería, súper atento y amable, sin duda volvería a reservar aquí, lo recomiendo ampliamente.
