Very stressful communication

Location

Unfortunately, our experience was disappointing mainly because of the communication. We made a last-minute booking in the evening and were asked to transfer a deposit urgently. Before arrival, I tried to contact the provided phone number to ask about the parking space number, but nobody answered the calls or replied to messages. I never received an answer. The check-in information was also delayed. When I called to ask because I still had not received the instructions, the person spoke only in Polish, communicated in an unfriendly manner, and ended the call abruptly. Until the very last moment, I genuinely thought this might be a scam because of the lack of communication and uncertainty. The deposit refund process was also problematic. I had to wait almost three weeks to get it back, and even then I received €10 less than I had paid, without any explanation. The apartment itself was very basic. Considering its condition and furnishings, I do not really understand why such a deposit is required in the first place. This is the first time I have had such an experience when booking accommodation. Overall, the apartment was acceptable, but the communication, check-in process, and deposit handling were far below expectations.

Właściciel zaprosił sumę depozytu w 1000zl , na własne prywatne konto gdy wartość reserwacji stanowiła 1137zl , możliwości wpłacić depozyt nie mieliśmy i w śród nocy poszliśmy do hotelu . Suma opłaconą za rezerwację zwrócona nam nie została ani cała ani jakaś część , niestety nie zwróciliśmy uwagę na informacje o depozycie w informacjach ważnych w ogłoszeniu , na żadną lojalność w formacie opłaty na dzień następny oraz gotówką właściciel nie zgodził również jak i nikt nie odebrał słuchawkę w śród nocy gdy wylądowaliśmy w Warszawie o 01:00, uważam że podobny ton i format zachowywania jest niemożliwy w stronę klienta , ja nie rozumiem dla czego ja muszę wpłacać depozyt na opce konto mimo bookingu nie mając żadnych gwarancji zwrotu powodując tylko zaufaniem , gdy również widzę że właściciel zaufania do gości niema , więc z tego powodu nie polecam i nie skorzystamy z usług danego biura

Nie żałuję, ale raczej nie wrócę.

Dobra lokalizacja. Czysto.

Komunikacja z gospodarzami. Zazwyczaj szybko odpisywali, ale często w nieprzyjemny sposób lub na zasadzie "domyśl się". Po rezerwacji dane do przelewu depozytu wysłali dopiero po 24h z żądaniem zapłacenia go DO GODZINY. Czyli oni mają czas na wysłanie wiadomości, ale ja mam siedzieć cały czas sprawdzać czy czegoś nie napisali? Dodatkowo nie ustosunkowali się do mojej wcześniejszej wiadomości odnośnie parkingu. Brak kluczowej informacji, że żeby wjechać na miejsce postojowe najpierw muszę odebrać klucze ze skrytki. W dniu wyjazdu nie minęła jeszcze godzina wymeldowania, a już zamiast jakiejś wiadomości w stylu "miło było Was gościć" dostałem informację o obowiązujących opłatach za brak czasowego wymeldowania się. W skrócie nieprzyjemnie. Sam apartament widział już lepsze czasy - dużo mikro uszkodzeń. W łazience kran przez spróchniały blat ledwo się trzyma.
