High ceilings, a very large TV screen, double A/C, sink, stove, shower, large windows, and several shelves to put all your belongings in visible spots, so you won't forget them when leaving for a meeting, event, etc. I stayed at this accommodation while working, so for me, amenities inside the apartment were key to relaxing and decompressing after a long day. I was not doing tourist activities. Also, the owner is very attentive, and they speak fluent English, so communication is not an issue, and if you have a messaging app, you can always text them regarding any question or issue that might arise.
Access to the swimming pool and fitness facilities has been restricted by the management of the building and requires fingerprint registration on top of the magnetic card. I believe this is not the fault of the owner but the management of the building, so if you are planning to use these facilities, you should contact the owner and let them know about this in advance so they can prepare. Perhaps a microwave oven and a larger sofa could enhance the experience for people who are a bit taller. Moreover, it wasn't a big deal at all for me, but maybe someone else needs to know, as nowadays, one always expects a microwave oven in an apartment, or maybe it's just me. In any case, I had a great time staying here.
