It's a wonderful old building dating back to Napoleonic times. It is situated close to the centre of Bruges, so it's close to everything but still quiet.
The middle bedrooms are huge! The doors must be 3 metres high! Very comfortable.
The kitchen on the top floor does not have cooking facilities, but you can make coffee and have breakfast and a cold lunch, which suited us fine.
We all enjoyed ourselves and would book La Petite Foret again.
A bread knife and some cereal bowls would be nice!

Excellent communication before our arrival. Location was amazing. Very close to the Square and everything we needed. Loved the decor and open space. Every room was unique. It allowed 7 of us to be together on a holiday. Thank you. Ps good luck with the rest of the renovations.
It was disappointing in the downstairs lounge room that roof debris in large cardboard boxes from the renovations of the roof were left there. We couldn’t use those rooms as they were very dusty. Dirty Laundry ( maybe from previous occupants) in a bag was left in the downstairs room for the duration of our stay. We weren’t told before hand that the down stairs room wasn’t available. Loved the idea of sitting outside but couldn’t get out due to renovations. It was hot so portable fans might be an option. Upstairs bath had no handrails to get in and only had hand held shower head. As a suggestion a welcome pack. Would love to have read about the history of the house and what amenities and surroundings there was available. There was a map of Bruge😊

A wonderful location in a building steeped in history. The bathrooms were exceptionally sized and the beds comfortable
Our toilet seat was janky and the door would not shut to the room without locking it. It was wonderful otherwise
