Appartement bien situé et propre, mais confort décevant et gestion des puces d'accès à revoir pour deux occupants.

L'appartement était propre, bien situé et l'accueil à notre arrivée était poli et cordial. La proximité immédiate de la station de métro Papineau et des épiceries est un vrai plus au quotidien.

Le confort global est à revoir : le matelas est beaucoup trop mou (ce qui nous a causé des maux de dos) et le canapé n'est pas confortable. De plus, pour un séjour de 42 nuits à deux personnes, nous n'avons reçu qu'un seul jeu de clés/bip d'accès. Nous avons dû payer nous-mêmes le double sans jamais être remboursés par le gestionnaire.
