I recently stayed at D6 Apartment at Pier 4 of 6 in Koh Phangan, and honestly, it turned out to be one of the best stays of my trip. The biggest advantage of this place is definitely the location. It’s only about a 5-minute walk from Thong Sala Pier, which makes arriving and leaving extremely convenient. You can literally just walk to the property after getting off the ferry without needing a taxi. The room itself was surprisingly modern, neat, and very clean. Everything inside felt new and well-maintained. The AC worked perfectly, which is a blessing in Koh Phangan’s heat, and the room also had a 4K smart TV with casting support which was a very nice touch. The bed was comfortable, the bathroom looked modern, and overall the room felt cozy and premium for the price. One thing I really liked was the common porch area with tables and benches where guests can relax and chill. Even though the property itself doesn’t have a beach view and is located in the middle of a street, the convenience of having everything nearby completely makes up for it. Just a 3-minute walk away is the amazing Phantip Night Market where you can try all kinds of Thai food at affordable prices. On the way there, you pass through the small Phangan Walking Street filled with bars and lively vibes, especially in the evenings. There are also two 7-Elevens within 2 minutes of walking distance and plenty of motorbike rental shops nearby, which made exploring the island super easy. Another highlight was Dave, the owner of the property. He was extremely helpful and responsive throughout the stay. We communicated through WhatsApp regarding the location and key access, and everything was smooth. He also owns the juice store right opposite the property where guests apparently get a 10% discount. I tried the Acai Bowl there for breakfast and it was genuinely delicious. Overall, if you’re looking for a clean, modern, convenient, and well-managed place to stay in Koh Phangan, I would recommend it.

The only small downside would probably be the view, since the property is located along a street and the surroundings are a bit obstructed. However, the cleanliness, modern facilities, comfort, and overall convenience of the location completely outweigh that. It honestly didn’t affect my experience at all.
