I had such a lovely stay here and would happily come back! The apartment was spotlessly clean, spacious, comfortable and very pleasant to spend time in. It was scorching hot during my stay, but the flat remained cool, which made such a difference. The location is perfect, right in the centre of Perea and close to everything, yet at the same time very quiet and peaceful.
The hosts were absolutely lovely. They were warm, kind and incredibly attentive, always easy to reach and ready to help with anything I needed. Communication was effortless from beginning to end, and I really appreciated how genuinely welcoming and thoughtful they were.
A beautiful, comfortable place with wonderful hosts. I felt very much at home and would definitely stay again. Highly recommended! 😊

Die Wohnung ist sehr gut gelegen, nur wenige Schritte vom Strand und der Promenade entfernt, man muss also nicht in der brütenden Hitze weit gehen. Das Einchecken per Key Box hat wunderbar geklappt. Die Wohnung selbst haben wir sauber vorgefunden, sie ist sehr gut ausgestattet, es fehlt sn nichts. Von Bügeleisen, Haarföhn, Mikrowelle, Sandwichmaker, Filterkaffeemaschine bis hin zur ordentlichen Waschmaschine mit integriertem Trockner ist alles da. Ich selbst koche im Urlaub nicht, aber es schienen mir auch dafür mehr als ausreichend Untensilien da zu sein. Es ist unser 7ter Aufenthalt in dieser Gegend und für die Preisklasse ist die Wohnung überdurchschnittlich ausgestattet. Die Photos auf Booking entsprechen der Realität.

A cozy apartment in a great location, just a short walk from the seaside. It has everything you need for a comfortable stay, and the host is very friendly and helpful, which we really appreciated.
The bathroom ceiling is a bit low, but unless you're over 2 meters tall, it shouldn't be a problem.
Parking can be a little challenging to find, especially on weekend evenings when many people visit the seaside promenade and nearby restaurants. However, we managed each time.
There were a few mosquitoes despite mosquito nets, so it's a good idea to bring or use mosquito repellent.
