A fuir sauf si vous aimer vivre dans la crasse et avec des éléments cassés et dangereux

Une terrasse spacieuse, un appartement qui avait du potentiel mais finira bientôt en ruine par faute d'une gestion locative honteuse, du pure gâchi!

Une des expériences les plus décevantes. Appartement sale : sols très poussiéreux et tâché au point d'avoir les pieds sales en marchant pieds nus, réfrigérateur sale, poêles grasses, éponge de cuisine usagée, vaisselle sale et non rangée, absence de savon... Plusieurs équipements défectueux ou dangereux : miroir de salle de bain décroché, support de papier wc cassé, fils électriques apparents dans l'entrée, rideau sorti de son rail...Le matériel de ménage inutilisable : aspirateur en panne et balai serpillière sans tête de lavage. Aucun étendoir pour le linge, donc impossible de faire une lessive alors que le choix de ces nuitées reposait notamment sur ce besoin. Malgré le signalement de ces problèmes, aucune intervention n'a eu lieu, ni solution concrète apportée. Communication mauvaise : réponses tardives, excuses répétées, promesses de transmission à la direction, puis silence pour finalement annoncer qu'il n'y aurait aucune compensation. Le plus choquant : les avis publiés après notre séjour mentionnent exactement les mêmes problèmes. Nos signalements n'ont servi à rien et les défauts constatés n'ont pas été corrigés pour les voyageurs suivants. L'appartement pourrait être très agréable, mais il est malheureusement desservi par une gestion défaillante.Le refus total de compensation malgré l'accumulation des problèmes et l'absence d'intervention est incompréhensible. Une agence très réactive lorsqu'il s'agit d'encaisser la réservation, beaucoup moins lorsqu'il s'agit d'assumer ses responsabilités. Je ne recommande absolument pas! Quand des voyageurs successifs signalent les mêmes problèmes et que rien n'est corrigé, il ne s'agit plus de négligence ponctuelle mais d'un mode de fonctionnement. Enfin, faute de parking privé, l'agence nous avait indiqué des places libres dans la rue.
