Great hotel with excellent service — thanks to the manager, the stay turned out to be very enjoyable despite the initial

Beautiful and stylish hotel with a very приятная and calm atmosphere. Everything feels well-designed and thoughtfully maintained. A special thanks to the manager, Mila — she handled a difficult situation very professionally. Although I was initially given a different room than the one I booked, she offered a 20% refund and a late check-out, which made a big difference. Her attitude and willingness to help really improved the overall experience.

The room I received at check-in was not the one I originally booked.
