Everything is super clean.
There is absolutely no sound insulation. The room we stayed in has a window facing the street and I can hear music from the other side. We are also next to the gate and we can hear very clearly everyone nearby. The bed was squeaky as well

The property is clean and looks recently decorated. It's not far from station and local co op. The room is a good size and very airy.
Powerful shower.
Great selection of fine tea.
Nice kitchen.
Postcode is incorrect. Arrived at different property where owner said this happens very often and he is fed up with it. Received email at 1500 with address and entry detail's. There is no parking as described. The linen smell of washing conditioner was over powering . Rooms will be noisy due to laminate floors and thin walls .
