Very large room, good decorative order, clean, comfortable mattresses and bedding, good shared kitchen with teas and coffee. Overall a pleasant surprise.
Lack of noise isolation. We had a room at the front of the house, and the windows provided no sound proofing so the traffic was loud all night. We could also here the man in the neighbouring house chatting away late at night.

Clean, tidy and good value for money

I found the property clean, tidy, and well equipped with nearly everything you need. There is a very nice bus service. No 185 takes you all the way to Victoria station. If I were to offer a few constructive suggestions, it would be helpful to have a few oven-safe cooking plates and good blackout blinds for room 2, where I stayed. All in all, I would give 8.5/10, and I would definitely like to book it again. TG, Edinbrugh.
There was nothing I didn't like.

I really liked the kitchen. It was clean, always tidy, spacious and had the needed appliances.
The previous person who stayed might have been a smoker, so the odour was still noticeable.
