The issues with chalet and the area

The parkdean staff who faultless in there service

The chalet: the beds were inchly and cooker did not look clean. There ajoinning chalets furniture was all dumped outside our chalet. We messaged Carms Coastal Stays on the first day and had no responses to date.

Lovely chalet, excellent location!

The location is perfect. The beach was absolutely stunning. The host was responsive when contacted. The bar served nice food and drinks, and the takeaway shack was tasty. The service and staff are friendly. Proximity to Kidwelly Castle.

The place wasn't the cleanest, and some of the fittings were loose/damaged (fridge shelves damaged, damaged socket in master bedroom).

Very disappointed. The property smelled bad as soon as we walked in, the place wasn’t clean, the bed sheets were dirty,

I like the place had 3 bedrooms with kitchen and bathroom.

The place was not clean, it had weird smell as soon we opened the door, mattress are not comfortable at all, bedsheets was dirty in all rooms, towels had bad smell. Id rate 2 out of 10.
