Very bad experience. Poor quality service

The accommodation was not okay it's were like living with mosquitoes hell hole.To get into the apartment to part ways with mosquitoes to get in.they hives at the door ,as you open the door they swarm in .There was nothing given to spray the accommodation. I was told that I needed to find a shop to buy some for the mosquitoes. That was not good enough I have just arrived don't know my way around .it was very bad .when I called Sara here respond was there is not much she can do. I have to use my mosquitoes spray for my skin and spray the accommodation just to sleep. I Was afraid to get out the room. Because each time you open the doors they swarms in.I have informed Sara time and time and nothing get done. Thank to the house keeper who give spray. The bed sheet was dirty the throw was dirty. When I ask Sara for change she a message saying they only change the bedding every 15days and if I need bedding I will have to pay 35eur. That was my worse holiday every.I do understand that there was mosquitoes but not like that .away from the accommodation were okay getting back to this accommodation were fearful very very uncomfortable. Water went off couldn't have a shower. She did call to find out how I was managing. Very poor service.

Good apartment but cleaners are at an additional cost.

It is in the same compound as Melia Dunas Resort All Inclusive

Nobody is going to clean your rooms. You have to clean it yourself even after paying a lot of money. Cleaners are at an additional cost. We stayed for 6 nights and upon and no cleaners cleaned our apartment. Upon asking we were told that our package (short stay) does not qualify for cleaning services. For change of towels, bedsheets and cleaning of the room we have to add an additional charge of €50.00.

It is in the same compound as Melia Dunas Resort All Inclusive

Nobody is going to clean your rooms. You have to clean it yourself even after paying a lot of money. Cleaners are at an additional cost. We stayed for 6 nights and upon and no cleaners cleaned our apartment. Upon asking we were told that our package (short stay) does not qualify for cleaning services. For change of towels, bedsheets and cleaning of the room we have to add an additional charge of €50.00.
