Staff was friendly and very helpful, especially Mario! Location was good, near the metro station and bus stop. Some food options in the vicinity. Capsules were comfortable and private. All other guests were respectful and kept noise levels to minimum. Free breakfast simple but filling. Check in process and access was easy and fuss free.
A bit too dim near my capsule as the common lights were not working.
