There’s so much to like here: the pool is great; the accommodation is comfortable and thoughtfully arranged; we really liked that it was 15-20minute walk from the old city; breakfast was very good.
As with other comments (and given that there are no staff on site) we would have liked more information about: how to find our room; how to order breakfast (and where it would be left); what do with the rubbish. The communication is good and clear as far as it goes.

Chambre magnifique, salle de bain avec douche à l'italienne, super, terrasse avec salon de jardin, très agréable. Jolie piscine. Cadre splendide avec vue sur la cité de Carcassonne en grimpant en haut de la petite colline. Calme.
Nous n'avons rencontré personne puisque tout était automatisé, ça ce n'est pas un problème mais de ce fait pas de petit déjeuner !
L'accès à l'hôtel en voiture n'est pas très aisé, on y laisse de la gomme...

It was brand new and had everything you needed
I think that the fixtures and fittings were lovely but will age very quickly, the bathroom sliding door didn’t work properly.

Ens ha encantat! Nomes 4 habitacions, super tranquil, llits comodes, ben decorat, envoltat de vinyes, piscina molt xula i terrassa a la part de dalt de la finca amb vistes a carcassone. Entrada amb codi molt comode. A 5 minuts en cotxe de carcasone, tambe s’hi pot arribar caminant fent un passeig d’uns 20/30 minuts. Si tornem per la zona repetirem segur!
Tot be, nomes algunes critiques constructives: La dutxa no tenia mampara ni res i quedava tot el bany moll. La pujada d’acces amb el cotxe patinava una mica per el tipus de sorra/predres, potser ho podrien millorar. Tenint en compte que estas allunyat del centre seria ideal poder tenir acces a cuina, encara que fos un microones/torradora on escalfar algo de menjar per sopar o esmorzar.
