The staff was great and very friendly. They responded and fulfilled my requests in a timely manner. In addition, the location of the hotel was pretty convenient. Relatively close to the Haram as well. The hotel had mini van service that would leave on a certain time from the hotel going to the Haram and would come back at a specific time from the Haram to the hotel.
I wished the bathroom had larger and more hand soap provided. I also wished the van that took us to the Haram was a bit bigger to carry all people back to the hotel.
