The property is beautifully designed and decorated and had a tranquil vibe throughout. It was really well stocked, particularly in the kitchen. The location was so convenient for the sea, various bars and restaurants, as well as the train station, yet the street itself felt quiet.
There were just a couple of minor things that could have made the stay even better. Firstly, I think the bathroom would have benefitted from a bin. As someone who needed to dispose of everything from make up wipes, to gloss, to disposable contacts, it was a bit inconvenient having to carry that all downstairs. Secondly the shower, whilst good, didn't have a protective curtain or screen from all angles so inevitably the bathroom floor got wet. Finally, the master bed was described as a 'extra large double' but I believe it was just a double. This was just a bit disappointing as I'm currently pregnant so deliberately booked somewhere that said there was a larger bed.
