Al momento della prenotazione, l’appartamento non aveva ancora recensioni, ma abbiamo deciso di “rischiare” visto il buon prezzo, considerando il periodo estivo. Ahimè, però, non è andata come speravamo. Lo stabile in cui si trova l’appartamento è situato in una zona periferica di Olbia, sicuramente non turistica. Già dalla facciata esterna ci è sembrato evidente che lo stabile fosse vecchio e non in buone condizioni. Il portone d’ingresso, infatti, non si chiude, ma non è finita qui. Appena arrivati, notiamo la presenza dell’ascensore, che per noi è stato un sollievo, visto che l’appartamento è situato al quarto piano e avevamo la macchina carica di bagagli da scaricare. Peccato, però, che abbiamo incontrato un residente del condominio che ci ha detto che eravamo fortunati perché, ultimamente, l’ascensore non aveva dato problemi, ma non era escluso che potesse bloccarsi di nuovo e ci sconsigliava di usarlo. Fatalità vuole che l’ascensore si rompa subito dopo averlo utilizzato per la prima volta, senza che avessimo ancora portato i bagagli. Arriviamo quindi all’ingresso dell’appartamento e veniamo accolti da un parente del proprietario, che abita nella casa, di fatto, divisa in due appartamenti. Il portone, però, non si apre bene ed entrare e uscire non è per niente agevole né sicuro. Il bagno non è dotato di bidet e la casa si affaccia su un cortile interno fatiscente e pieno di spazzatura. Dato l’insieme delle circostanze, abbiamo deciso di non pernottare e di andare via, perdendo i soldi. Da evitare!!!!

Casa spartana con molte cose da migliorare

L’appartamento è in una zona tranquilla peccato che sia circondato da rifiuti di ogni tipo e animali randagi. Portone del condominio rotto con impossibilità di chiusura. Divano letto rumoroso e scomodo, unico letto matrimoniale presente. Rumore intermittente ogni paio di minuti proveniente dal condizionatore (anche da spento). Nel bagno non è presente il bidet. Porta del bagno venata, porta della doccia fa fatica a chiudersi e scorrere così come le finestre che si affacciano sul cortile interno dell’edificio, il quale è pieno di rifiuti e piccioni a cui viene dato regolarmente da mangiare. Regole molto ferree per quanto riguarda la raccolta rifiuti. Mancavano però i sacchetti per evitare di buttare i rifiuti direttamente nei bidoncini. Presente un foglio illustrativo contenente le regole della casa ma evitabili i ricorrenti foglietti attaccati in giro per la casa (schienale sedie, muri in bagno) che indicano cosa si può fare e cosa no. Peccato perché l’host e suo marito sono due persone gentili e a modo.
